The beginning of a day is THE most important part. Your first thoughts and words at the beginning of the day will most likely dictate your mood and your outlook on the entire day. If you've read "my story" section of my website you could probably gather that I believe every day is a gift. Because I strongly believe that, I like to make a list every morning of the things and ideas I want to accomplish, and the people I want to reach out to that day.
When I start my day, I like to read, and have breakfast- which is usually on the go. Some days I treat myself to whole wheat waffles or bacon and eggs- those are days I look forward to. After I eat, I quickly shower, get ready, and head out the door for my 40 minute daily commute into NYC from NJ.
You probably have your own morning routine, and if you don't- make one! Maybe your routine is not having a routine, and I get that totally. BUT order is good when it comes to productivity, and success.
